Twenty Northwest Indiana Businesses will participate in I-STEM Northwest Job Fair

I-STEM Northwest will be hosting a "Simulated Job Fair". The job fair is for 7th to 12th grade students in Northwest Indiana. The purpose of the job fair is to point out the career opportunities in STEM related jobs in the region. Twenty northwest Indiana businesses will be at the fair. Six higher education institutions will also participate to let the students know where they can get the education needed to qualify for these jobs. The message students should take home with them is the real opportunity exist in northwest Indiana and now is the time to start preparing for it.

This is an educational and community event bring students, school districts, higher education, business and government together for the better good of northwest Indiana.
